1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

KYC Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

vk98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). All transactions are subject to the payment methods available at the time of your request. vk98 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposit Methods

Accepted payment methods for Bangladeshi users include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) Mobile Banking, and major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard where supported. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus wallet and may not be immediately withdrawable as cash.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• vk98 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless a promotion explicitly states that they are stackable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on vk98 are final once confirmed. vk98 will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted and acknowledged by the system except in the limited circumstances outlined in this section. By placing a bet you accept both the potential winnings and the risk of loss.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by vk98 in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction affecting bet settlement, or if the underlying event is abandoned, postponed, or decided under conditions materially different from those at the time the bet was accepted. Voided bets are returned to your main wallet balance.

Disputes

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with vk98 customer support within 14 days of the relevant event's settlement. Claims raised after this window will not be considered. vk98's decision on disputes, reached after review of server logs and game records, is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming
